At Turbo Staff, we’re all about hard work, reliability, and teamwork. Right now, we’re looking for General Labourer - Frame & Trusses who are eager to start work on long term projects across the residential, commercial,manufacturing, and construction sectors.

Due to our clients’ requirements and timeframes, only candidates with eligibility to work in New Zealand will be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the manufacturing and assembly of timber frames and roof trusses
- Reading and following production plans, measurements, and specifications
- Operating hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely
- Cutting, assembling, lifting, and preparing timber materials for production
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials within the factory and construction sites
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- A 2+ years of experience as a General Laborer or Hammerhand in manufacturing and construction preferred
- Experience in frame and truss manufacturing is highly advantageous
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting and manual labour
- Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence preferred
- With valid EWP and site safe
